WHAT A HOME INSPECTION IS?

Your inspection is a comprehensive & thorough examination of the visual and readily accessible systems and components of a home in a reasonable effort to disclose the condition of the property on the day of inspection.

The job of the inspector is to observe and report.

The on-site inspection will take 3-4 hours depending on the size and complexity of the home.

Typically, I meet the buyer at the house at the end of the inspection to explain the systems and components inspected and give you a professional opinion of their condition based on what is allowed by the State of Arkansas.

You will be informed of any system or component that has not been inspected and the reason why it was not inspected.

A time for questions. Prepare a list of any concerns you may have. The inspection results will be explained in detail at the end of the inspection.

Each report is prepared according to the Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics of the State of Arkansas.
