WHAT A HOME INSPECTION IS?

 

Your inspection is a comprehensive & thorough examination of the visual and readily accessible systems and components of a home in a reasonable effort to disclose the condition of the property on the day of inspection.

 

The on site inspection will take 3 to 4 hours for most homes.

 

You will be provided with an onsite detailed report. I will explain the systems and components inspected and give you a professional opinion of their condition.

 

You will be informed of any system or component that has not been inspected and the reason why it was not inspected.

 

A time for questions. Prepare a list of any concerns you may have. The inspection results will be explained in detail at your convenience and request.

 

Each report is prepared according to the Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics of the American Society of Home Inspectors.
