My experience working in homes and businesses on a daily basis allows me to understand your concerns and effectively communicate the resolution of those concerns.
My experience as an electrician has exposed me to all systems and components of a home. Heating and air conditioning is 50% electrical based, therefore giving me considerable experience in that area.

- Inspection rates may vary based on the age of the house, number of levels and unusual features.
- Rates do not include detached garages, storage buildings or swimming pools (other than the electrical).
- The location of the inspection may add cost. All utilities must be turned on to complete an inspection.
- Additional charges apply for return visits for any reason.
- Re-inspection visits are billed at $60.00 per hour and have a minimum charge of $90.00. Chargeable time includes driving time, re-inspection and the time to type the report
